Kindly take a moment to review our Terms & Conditions along with our Cancellation Policy mentioned below. Kindly Note due to our small inventory in operations we have to strictly adhere to the policies mentioned below & there would be no exceptions even in a case of an emergency.
General Terms
- Any of the genders would include the other two genders.
- Natural persons include created entities (corporate and unincorporated).
- Invitee shall mean any person who is not residing at Mount Valley Resort Kumbhalgarh but has been invited by a guest(s) residing at the resort.
- Guest(s) is any person residing at Mount Valley Resort Kumbhalgarh and is at least 18 years of age. Any invitee visiting the residing guest is considered to be signing the terms and conditions at the time of their visit.
Check-in and Payment
- Check-in time is 01:00 PM & Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests must be informed in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
- Every guest(s) agrees to pay 100% in advance for the room rate as determined by the resort.
- All additional services such as food, beverages, and other charges must be settled before departure unless authorized in writing by management.
Liability and Indemnity
- Guests are liable for any damages caused to the resort due to negligence or misconduct.
- Guests acknowledge the presence of wildlife around the resort and accept the inherent risks of encountering animals, reptiles, or insects.
- Guests waive all claims against Mount Valley Resort Kumbhalgarh, its management, owners, and staff for any injury, loss, or damage suffered while on the premises.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations canceled 15 days or prior to the check-in date will incur a 20% cancellation charge.
- Reservations canceled 7-14 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
- No date changes or refunds will be entertained for cancellations within 7 days of check-in.
- No refunds will be provided for stays during Diwali (15th October – 19th October), Christmas & New Year's (19th December – 3rd January).
- Approved cancellations will be processed via net banking, UPI transfers, or cheques within 15 days.
Jurisdiction
In matters of enforcement of any rights or remedies under these terms and conditions, the courts of Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking or staying at Mount Valley Resort Kumbhalgarh, guests acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. The signing guest agrees to be personally liable for their stay and that of their accompanying party or invitees.
